Shipping Policy
Delivery Options & Prices
UK Standard Delivery
- Delivered in 2–4 business days.
- FREE for orders over £75, otherwise £4.99.
UK Express Delivery
- Delivered in 1–2 business days.
- Order by 1pm for next-day delivery.
- FREE for orders over £150, otherwise £7.99.
EU Standard Delivery
- Delivered in 2–11 business days.
- £14.99 flat rate.
Worldwide Standard Delivery
- Delivered in 3–17 business days.
- £29.99 flat rate.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of a 1-hour delivery window, and you can reschedule or leave delivery instructions if needed.
Our delivery partner is Evri. Please note that delivery is not a named service: anyone at the shipping address may sign for your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Please ensure you select the correct shipping destination at checkout.
- If applicable, all duties and customs fees are payable by the recipient.
- Underscored is not responsible for additional charges that may arise at customs.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Underscored products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns easy.
- UK Returns: Free returns within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
- International Returns: Accepted within 30 days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and returned in the eco packaging they arrived in.
- Returns that are damaged, worn, or soiled may not be accepted.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
- Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to appear.
⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. Please keep your return tracking number for reference.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply request this when starting your return. Exchanges are processed under the same conditions as our returns policy.
Faulty Goods
Our products are designed to last, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty item:
- Email us at hello@underscored.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear images.
- We may ask for details of how the item was washed and dried, to ensure care instructions were followed.
- We’ll arrange a return, and once inspected, will issue a refund or replacement.
Please note:
- Faults caused by normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency; due to currency fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ slightly from your original payment.
Returns Process
We’re working towards a fully automated returns system via Shopify. In the meantime, please follow these steps:
- Email hello@underscored.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Await a confirmation email with return instructions.
- Print the confirmation email and include it in your parcel.
- Send your item(s) to:

(Address TBC) - Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days.
Discount Codes & Gift Cards
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email hello@underscored.uk as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. On the day of delivery, you’ll also receive a message with your 1-hour delivery window.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Our delivery partner will send you options to reschedule or provide delivery instructions. If no one is available, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. In most cases, it will be quicker.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes, as long as the item is in stock. When starting your return, simply request an exchange.
Do you cover international return shipping?
For international orders, we’re happy to accept returns but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email us right away at hello@underscored.uk with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Gift cards, however, can be used alongside discount codes.
Do gift cards expire?
No, Underscored gift cards don’t expire — they can be used at any time.
