UK Returns
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in the eco-packaging they arrived in. Items that are damaged, worn, or soiled may not be accepted.

International Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

EU Customers 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing from the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@underscored.uk. Items must be returned in their original condition, and we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

1. Email hello@underscored.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We'll reply with a confirmation email including your return instructions and return address.
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original eco-packaging and send to the address provided.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 30 days.

Please keep your return tracking number. We are unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, simply let us know when you get in touch. Exchanges are processed under the same conditions as our returns policy.

Faulty Items
Our products are designed to last. If you believe you've received a faulty item, please email hello@underscored.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos. We may ask how the item was cared for to ensure washing instructions were followed. Once assessed, we'll arrange a return and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Faults caused by normal wear and tear are not covered.

Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 30 days of us receiving your return. Please note that duties, import taxes and VAT included in the price of international orders are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled. Due to currency fluctuations, the refunded amount on international orders may differ slightly from the original payment.

Discount Codes & Gift Cards
One discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Gift cards are non-refundable.
